Gas explosion Birmingham 1920's

Hello I wonder if you can help me please. I'm trying to find out more about a gas explosion that happened at a Birmingham factory in / around the 1920's. My nan was injured in the explosion and some of her friends died. She was born in 1902. I remember being told that she was flung from the building during a gas explosion, the factory was destroyed, and she was lucky to survive. Apparently the factory made metal seaside buckets for children, and my nan was one of the girls who painted the buckets. That's all the info I have sorry. Does anybody know the name of the company that made these buckets in Birmingham? Any info appreciated, thank you.

Could only find one reference in the newspaper online archives to a gas explosion in the 1920s in a factory in Birmingham (as opposed to in a house), and this was at a cycle accessories factory in Stirchley. Did not think they would have made kids buckets
