No Francis J.P., but have listed all that might be him (unless he is just listed as Francis).
1920-25 Francis John & Annie Prisciila Wood </SPAN>5 Swanage Road
1927 Francis John & Annie Prisciila & Francis Wood </SPAN>5 Swanage Road

1930-35 Francis John Wood next 161 Gt Hampton row & Priestwood, Sandyhill Crescent, Shirley. In 1935 there is also Catherine Evans at Gt Hampton Row, but I think thiis address is probably a business address. Solihul address would not be listed in Birmingham </SPAN>

I think he is Francis James Peter ? I have had a look on the electoral roll, but wouldn't he be under 21 before his marriage in 1934?

Oh,I hate families.

Thomas the father of Francis is a groom on his marriage certificate.
He is in Arthur Road Yardley on 1901.
Thomas Henry wood age 36 b. Norton Worcs, Groom
Jessie age 29 b. Fownhope Hereford.
Henry T age 10
Beatrice A M age 6
Bertie F C age 4
Arthur E age 6 months.
They like a lot of initials don't they?
He didn't marry Jessie May Wallin until 1904 she was born 1883.
NOW
they had a son Reginald T W Wood reg. Aston Sept 1911 mother Wallin
my Francis J P was reg. Dec 1911 Birmingham mother Popnell.

Was Thomas leading a double life.

Oh gosh Alberta I'm confused now:) Didn't Thomas & Jessie state 17 years married in 1911 or should he have put 7 years?

Suzanne

Ignore me, senility setting in I have got the wrong Jessie.
There is a Jessie Pocknell b. 1872 in Fownhope.
Could there be 2 thomas who were grooms and each married a Jessie.
Can find no Thomas Wood/Jessie Pocknell marriage.
Going to lie down in a dark room and come back to this. LOL.

There was a Wood family living at 57 Essex Street from at least 1918 until 1935.
I think the family lived at 9 Munroe Square, Pershore Street, before Essex Street and they had 7 children before 1911.Thomas Henry became a carter after being a groom.
The Jessie May Wood nee Wallin lived in Penns Lane Erdington and was born in Birmingham.

Thanks Ladylinda.
Now I have to find the marriage of Thomas Henry Wood to Jessie Pocknell or come to the conclusion that they were not married.
