I needed to get a new tyre on Sunday. Looked on the net and found a good deal at a tyre dealer in Formans road Sparkhill, So i promtley despatched the wife to get one fitted. Well there was footy on the telly. any way on her return she said she had seen a really cheap wallpaper shop at the junction of Formans Road and Stratford road. I told her i could remember going in there with my mother when i was about 5 years old many years ago, it used to be called Darrels. Well its called new scene now but still owned by Darrels. There cant be many shops in that area trading as long as that.
