Re: Electoral Roll request please: 1953/60 Parker

Hi Shera could you research Derek & Hilda Parker ?

Thank you
Jean

hello jean, the electoral rolls online only go up to 1955 at present and there doesnt seem to be a derek and hilda parker together at that time in bham area. there are derek parkers and hilda parkers but i dont know which would be yours.

Hello Shera , I think they lived in Brandwood Rd Kings Heath. Hilda was Hilda Richardson of Loveday St prior to marriage in 1954. I am guessing her married name was Parker. Do you have to subscribe to a website to see the Electoral Rolls.?
Thank you
jean.

yes jean, you have to buy credits or a subscription from midlands historical data

i see that hilda richardson married derek s parker in 1954 jul-aug

i have derek s parker living with his family in 1950 at 232 warren farm rd. david parker, eliza mary parker, edith mary parker and derek s parker

in 1955 have found derek s parker and fanny L harris living 117 yarningdale rd. brandwood

Thank you Shera , I have been trying to remember Dereks surname for ages ! then last night in bed it came to me. but I still wasn,t sure, I have been trying to think how to contact them (if they are still around) Yarningdale Rd may be right but not the name name Fanny Harris, do you have any suggestions re contact?
Kind regards & Thank you.

Jean.

hello jean, the fanny harris may have been someone totally unrelated who shared the house with derek for a short while.

you could try 192.com to search for derek. you have to pay to see some of the results, but a few telephone numbers are free to view. i see a birth of a derek s parker which may be him, born 1927 so that would make him about 83yrs now, unless he has already passed away. i think hilda parker would also be about 80yrs. best of luck, shera
