I’ve not come across this group before. I think the name seems refers a building rather than the name of the group. The group supported less fortunate children. Perhaps the ‘Hut’ went by another name in Worcester Street. Is it listed in directories ? Viv.

Some more info. Seems to have been run for various groups. The name probably derived from Kings Edwards Schools. Newspaper extracts from British Newspaper Archive. Viv.
