My grandparents Wallace And Annie Newey lived at 3/3 Edward Street, Parade in the 1921 census. And moved to 82 Kelynmede rd in 1939 Census and my Mother lived there. But they have got her birth year wrong by 3 years before she was born. My grandad was a Jeweller Mounter at E A Marsh & Co 84 Vyse st birmingham jewellers in 1921census.
 
With regards the maps you posted on a new thread, here are a couple of better maps (1889 and 1950) of Edward St. Wallace appears to be listed at 3 Cambridge Place on the 1925 ER which ties in with 3 back 3 Edward St on the later map...
