I don't know if this is the right parish. The info I have from igi is:
Name: Edward Griffith
Baptism/Christening Date: 11 Dec 1770
Baptism/Christening Place: Tipton, Stafford, England
Father's Name: Richard Griffith
Mother's Name: Elizabeth
Indexing Project (Batch) Number: C39464-2 System Origin: England-EASy
Source Film Number: 1526134 Reference Number: -
Collection: England Births and Christenings, 1538-1975

Can anyone check and see if there is anymore info? Althought the surname is without a "s" I think this must be my Edward.

The IGI is refering to Tipton, not Birmingham. There is a St Martin's in Tipton (see https://www.genuki.org.uk/big/eng/STS/Tipton/StMartin/index.html), but there is nothing in the IGI entry to specify which Tipton church it refers to. The link also tells you where the records are kept.
There is unlikely to be any additional information in an 18th century entry, although sometimes you are lucky and get the date of birth as well.
