Hello

Does anyone have access to Edgbaston parish records?

There is a marriage on the IGI between a John Cox and a Sarah Brotherton it took place on the 20 January 1806. I am hoping to find out who the witnesses were to this marriage if anyone can help please.

Hi Ewan

I have a copy of the marriage certificate taken as a photo copy off the microfilm at the library. It's not the best, but if you IM me I'll send you a copy. Witnesses were Elizabeth Hands and John Brotherton.

Steve

Hello Steve

Thank you for your help, for which I am so grateful for, by looking at this marriage record. The witness John Brotherton related to the bride may have been her dad, not sure who Elizabeth Hands may have been at the moment, I will have to investigate that one further.
