I lived at 30 Dunvegan Road in Erdington during the second World War. I remember my father and neighbours digging air raid shelters in the back yard. I was age 3-9 Our next door neighbours were named Astley, their son David was a friend. On the street behind (Bracadale Ave.) was a family named Cheshire, who also had a son my age named David. Any other old Dunveganites around ??:cocktail:
