For many years now I've searched for the marriage of my g-g-grandmother to John Bunce, who came from Dudley. She had been previously married to a Joseph Badger and her maiden name was Dunfee. Can anyone help me throw some light on this?

This is the only Bunce/Badger marriage i can find and it is in Dudley

Thanks Claire. Her name was Catherine. Silly of me to omit that little detail! :D

Is it possible thet your g-g-grandmother could have married between the two marriages that you know about? Catharine Dunfee married Joseph Badger Dec 1840 as you know, I found another entry for Catharine Badger to Thomas Brookfield in Birmingham June 1859?

Hi Macca

No that's not her; she and John Bunce had their first son born about 1848-50 (Silus Bunce) and then another son born about 1851 (Francis Charles Bunce). Thanks for your help.
