Can anyone tell me in what different capacities would a 'Dog Keeper' work in 1891.
 
That would depend on where they live and what sort of dog - working animals are more likely - hounds of some sort.
 
The Parish would sometimes employ a Dog Killer to round up stray dogs. The Victorians could be very direct when it came to job descriptions unlike the wordy titles found nowadays.
