I think it is Barton Marina,near Barton Turn lock.The buildings in the background look like the Bombadier depot.

I think its Fradley, though i haven't been there for 15 years or so

It is in fact Barton Marina, well worth a visit in the summer, you can get a nice meal and there are shops
for the ladies, lots of free parking Bernard
