Danger of Defeat by Edward Marston

Nothing particularly outstanding about this book, many of Marstons works follow the same pattern only
the time period varies, not that i mind that they are all easy to read and enjoy.

The difference with this title is it is set in London during World War One but part of the action moves to
Birmingham, and mentions Upper Thomas Street which i gather still exists.

I do wonder what made the author choose that particular Birmingham street for his story?
