damaged photo

Hi

Believe it or not your photo is not that bad compared some I have seen, you have a nice clear image to work with all it takes is a few hours repairing the damage with image editing software or you could send it off to a professional photo restorer, don’t know what that would cost, but someone on here might be able to tell you the cost.
You could have a go your self it’s not that hard once you get the hang of it.
Take a look at this link I think there are a few image editing programs that might do the job and best thing is most are free or have a very small licence fee.

hope this helps, David

But where the photo gone!!!! (only joking) sorry couldn’t resist it.

Thankyou for tidying it up for me - I am only really interested in the bride, groom and the grooms side of the family, so it was lucky that the worst damage is to the other side of the photo.
Thanks also for the web site - I have been on and downloaded one of the editing programmes - hours of fun ahead now!!!!

Whenever I have a damaged pic I go to "rootschat.com", they have a complete section on picture restoration, you put the pic on the web and someone out there usually restores it within a short time.
Pete
