Curzon Street Station surrounding area

Do you have memories of Curzon Street Station?
Has it formed the backdrop to a memorable scene in your life?
As part of our work ahead of redevelopment we've launched a Facebook page to collect and preserve memories of the area, such as written accounts and old photographs.
In addition to Curzon Street Station, we're particularly interested in Old Moor Street Station, the railway viaducts, the Digbeth and Grand Union canals, the Woodman Public House, the Ashted canal locks and tunnel and Ashted Row.
We'd love to hear your stories and see your old photos (or those of anyone you might know!)

Hi COPA,

Welcome to the Forum.
I lived in Gopsal Street, which was just above Curzon Street.
I don't remember much about the actual Station in Curzon street but the street I remember well, so many happy memories for me.
I look forward to seeing many old photographs of my old area.
Kind regards, Sue
