hi there folks ,

i was wondering if anyone can remember the coffee shop owned by an albert crowe, in 1901, the adress is given as 67 icknield st, and i think the whole of icknield street might of been shops,, but i then again i might be completley wrong!!!,,not sure how long they lived and owned it for but definately a fcouple of years.

He's not mentioned in kellys for 1896 or 1904. In fact this address isn't included in either, so don't know if they are there then or not

Albert Crowe's coffee shop is listed in the 1903 edition of Kelly's at no 71,and also in 1901. In real terms that is 1900. It seems it was in small row of about 7 shops that ran from near the corner of Key Hill by the Bulls Head public house and ran to where the cemetery started.
