Crisp family of Erdington

What a sad story. I reckon Harriett must have been an interesting woman. She never married, lived alone as far as I can tell 1862-1881+ being a shopkeeper and huckster at 65 Aston Rd. I imagine she moved into the pub when her father died. I think her mother died not long after.

The pub is now the New inns and the Road was obviously renamed because it is Summer Road now.
Verified it is the correct one by following the neighbours in 1891 and the 3 Tuns was close to Poplar Avenue and Oxford Road exactly the position of the New Inns.
When The crisp family moved to the Three Tuns Summer road was Brick kiln Lane and Station road Erdington was sheep street,
William died on 5th October 1882
Eliza died 8th July 1885 her assets, £285,12s.
When Harriet died in 1894 her effects were £171 but the pub must have been sold because the probate was resworn and her assets were £1173.9s12s 9d.todays buying power of about £160,000
