Coventry Rd,Dart St house clearance?

I had a friend who lived in Dart Street Bordesley back in the early 80s.
I think a lot of the old houses were pulled down,and replaced by council owned houses at some point.I don't know when this happened,and would be grateful for any pictures/dates you may have.
