Hi Derek,
Talfourd Street is in Small Heath, it's off of Green Lane and the Gunmaker's pub is on the corner. Hope that helps.

Talford Street in Aston was close to St Stephens Church....and it it often mis-spelt,

Thanks so much to Rod, JKC & Alberta

for the fantastic information on the latest "unknown" branch to my tree.
The picture Rod, is a fantastic bonus.
Never thought I ould see anything like this.

Only been with this site a few months and have met some great people.
Will add all info given to my tree now.

Thanks again to all.

Derek

Does anyone have have a clear picture they could post, pref. including St. Stephens Church, or street map of late 1800's.
Big ask I know, but thanks in advance.
Had communication form Rod (minor God) with great pic but cannot get it past the thumbnail stage as it blurs.
Derek

Have been trying to print off the lovely picture you sent Rod but no luck.
either too small (thumbnail) or too large, too many pixels.
Had it in my photo package but no good, any ideas.
