Colebourne Road Kings Heath

i love pigs. and not to eat. most folks kept then in the rd were i was born. the old brew houses that was for washing cloths were used to boil all the swill collected from the neighbours was cooked, sunday the truck would come to collect
some, and now and again they got loose and would run up and down the rd,with us after them :grinning:

Think I have posted this before on another thread but...
the deeds of our house (and our neighbours in the block of 4 houses) c1902 state we are not allowed to keep pigs.
I assume it has something to do with a very local farm but haven't been able to prove it.
Not far from Colebourne Road.
