Am I reading the thread right, that Thomas Clives was Mary Elizabeth Clives father, if so who was Thomas's father??

I have not got a clue, as only delved into it for a brief period as my wife's side of the family tree took over ...maybe one day I will do a bit more digging...........

I did a little research on Frederick after being told by a relative that one of her family had ben killed at Gallipoli. So far though it consists of little more than a reply from the Regimental Museum, after I wrote to them. It does give a very good account of the action in which he was killed though.

From what we can tell from photographs of him in uniform and matching that with Medal Index Cards, Frederick's brother Benjamin was in the Royal Horse Artillery, he survived the war and is buried at Witton.

I to have to do more digging, has I was at the time concentrating on the Coulsons.
