Christening Look up Please

Hello

Would someone be able to look at the following record for me and give any extra details please?

Thomas Field Born 24 Jun 1825
Christened 14 Oct 1845 at Saint Martins
Father: Thomas Field
Mother: Martha

I have been trying to trace Thomas Field's (B1825) marriage for a long time. All I know is that his wife was called Harriet. I have been down 2 incorrect routes so far with marriage certificates but I can't seem to find another Thomas Field's marriage to a Harriet to send for.

Their first child was born c1845, Ann Field. So I am thinking that if this Thomas isn't christened until he is 20, then perhaps it is because he is due to marry? Maybe an address or occupation for him or his father may help me track a marriage.
