This view is referred to as the "Cannon Hill Triangle". Don't know if that is/was its common name, but this is the junction of Edward Road with Court Road and Cannon Hill Road. Took me a while to to track this one down.

Probably called that as the Cannon hill pub (now some sort of community centre), was there on the corner of court road.

I seem remember the Police Station , was in Cannon Hill Road, I lost my puppy once, as a child and went there, got some cake and milk, some time in early 50's.
