Calthorpe Estate, Edgbaston

Are there any maps of Calthorpe Estate, Edgbaston other than avalable from Alan Godfrey, Cassini & Mapseeker? I have also drawn a blank on Archive County Maps.
I am interested in details of the Calthorpe Estate in the early 1800s, but as a last resort I am working backwards from a later Alan Godfrey map.
I am aware that there is a C.H.Blood map of 1857, but cannot find it online despite extensive searching. It may be that there is no good map of Calthorpe from the early 1800s.
Any advice or map would be greatly appreciated, particularly as I cannot get to Birmingham Archives at present.

I don't know if you have seen the Dawson map (1814). Not very large scale, but I pass it on. Have tried to enlarge the edgebaston portion and sharpen it

Thank you very much indeed, Mike. I had never heard of the Dawson Map, but its interesting for what it does include & what is not shown. I shall have some new places to research, now.

Edgbaston from Blood map of 1857, let me know if this is the area you're looking for.

Thats great, Colin - I thought that the Blood map was going to prove elusive. Thank you so much. I can now take a look at how Edgbaston evolves from 1814 through to 1857.
