Cadbury Challenge Shield 1912

I`ve just aquired a photo of my grandfather and the other members of the Friends Hall, Farm Street Football Club. They are sitting in front of a large shield and the photo is entitled `Cadbury Challenge Shield` and dated 1911/12.
Can anybody tell me anything about this.

I was going through my late mrs effects when I came across this photo. I do not wish to hijack your thread but we have the Cadbury Charity Shield in common although its 23 years apart. It is of Mucklow Brothers ltd Football Club ( I think its a Halesowen engineering firm) having won the Cadbury Charity Shield and the Mcgregor Cup 1934/5.
The only reason I think we may have this photo is perhaps Tommy Weston, an ex Aston Villa player may have been the Trainer perhaps.
