Hi Becky

I'm sorry but there is no information here that gives us any indication of where and when to start looking, perhaps if you gave us an idea of what year you think these various events took place of the different people you have named, it would help. You will notice i have underlined the GRO reference you posted, who does this refer to and to what event, birth, death or marriage ???
You obviously have some information, dates etc, that have led you to this person so perhaps these details, if you post them, will help us to help you.
