Brewery Or Bottling Company In The Brearley Street Area 1900–05?

I'm looking for a list of any and all breweries or bottling companies in a broad area around Brearley Street which operated between 1900–1905.

Thank you for any help you can give me.
 
There is nothing obvious on the 2nd Ordnance Survey. There was a brewery at the bottom of Summer Lane/Snow Hill area. Whilst the early Britannia Brewery was on the canal side and hence the name Brewery Street. Brewing was also conducted at some public houses.

Has something been found with a name on, I wonder?
