Brewer Reginald special constable - Victoria Road

Hello everyone, I am looking for the records of Special constable Reginald Brewer from the 5.1926 to the 9.1928 based at Victoria Station, the ledger on ancestry states he was discharged but that is all the info it states, can anyone point me in the right direction, reading some previous posts on this forum the police archives in Birmingham are not available anymore. Also if i have posted this in the wrong section i apologise and please can a moderator move it to the relevant section.
