ell i reported on this one some time back..was allowed round the back to take photos by the new owner who is renovating the old pen factory...trouble is i cant seem to find the thread:(

cant see the link to the thread mike...ell when i spoke to the owner must be about 3 years back now he said it would be a long process..i go past it quite often and things seem to be moving along nicely...from memory i think yes apartments complete with its own amenities including a pub:)
