Found this book in our local library, it's by Victor J Price, it has a number of very good pictures and photo's of old Birmingham as well as giving a good over all history of Birmingham 'In a nutshell'
'Old Ladywood Remembered' by Victor J. Price. The contents cover Churches, Schools, Transport, Back-to-backs, Pubs and pics of people who lived there plus a 'photo of Tommy Fitzpatrick, the boxer., etc., etc. The book was from Brewin Books, Studley, Warwicks. ISBN 0 947731 27x Priced at £6.96. I've had the book about 4 or 5 years. Anthea
