Does anyone know ithe location of the rather sombre Bishops House shown in the attatched photo?

It is the bishops house opposite St Chads, as can be seen from this other photo looking down the side of the house

Thank you, Mike for setting the Bishops House biceley in context with St Chads. Looking at the bright brickwork (as bricks go) of St Chads it begs the question was the Bishops House a similar colour?
