IGI shows that they married in Aston Juxta Birmingham, on 25 FEB 1783
I looked in the St Martin's records and couldn't find his baptism. However, without going through every record for Shepherd/Sheppherd/Shephard/etc, it is difficult to be sure that he's not there. Although you have a date of birth of 1760, theoretically he could have been baptised at any time after that, right up until the time of his marriage.
Could I ask why you think that it is a St Martin's baptism? Do you have the baptisms for siblings at that church?
