I don’t think it’s surprising that these tours were more popular with Birmingham locals given the rate of change in Birmingham in the 1960s. Viv

Three quatifying football World Cup matches were played at Villa Park that year, Argentina v Spain, 13 July; Argentina v West Germany, 16 July; and West Germany v Spain, 20 July (Argentina's main language is Spanish), so yes!!
