Birmingham gun quarter

Airgun enthusiast

New Member
Hello I’m new to forum,

I’m an avid vintage & pre war airgun collector, I love to look at history of Birmingham made airguns & old photography images.

I was hoping the forum could help me find photographs from 19th century of Birmingham gun quarter stores such as Lincoln Jeffries which was at 140/141 steel house lane & 31 whittall street & possibly other addresses. Also B.S.A factory/store at steelhouse lane which i believe is now a police station?

A lot of brum history was lost during the blitz period. It would be nice to also get photographs before & after the blitz

Other photographs would be welcome including

A.G Parker Weaman street

C.G Bonehill Brittania

Roberts Gunmakers Steelhouse lane

J Stanton & sons Wolverhampton

Webley weaman street

Any photographs will be much appreciated, also post war photographs

Thanks
