Birmingham City Transport, Inner Circle 8 Fares and Stages 1961

I lived in Ash Road, Saltley and spent many a Sunday afternoon going "all the way round" on the Inner Circle.

Sometimes, if we hadn't paid our fare by the time the conductor changed, we used to tell them we had only just got on and only pay back to our stop!
