A look up please to see if Bertie J Rowland was working on his own account at his home - he was a shoemaker. I know he worked for the Anatomical Boot Company, making boots/shoes for disabled people, but would like to know if he worked for himself or was an employee of the ABC. He lived at Winson Street, Winson Green.
