My G. Mother, Florence E. Bayley, b. 1878 and left for U.S. in 1904. Father, Edward, Mother Harriet. Many siblings inc. Harriet, Arthur, Mary Ann, William but none of them left for the U.S. Any info would be welcome. I live in Los Angeles. Thanks, Dorothy Bayley Schwarz Signing in again, Dec. 1, 2013. Have been doing more research and my Grandmother Florence E. Bayley had 2 sisters who stayed in Birmingham area: Annie who married Walter Tart and Lily who married Job Tyler. In 1901 Harriett "Bailey" was a widow living 23 Baldwin St. Smethwick with son Edward aged 34, your grandmother Florence aged 23 and Lily aged 18.

in 1911 the son Edward Bayley was living 54 Vicarage Rd. Smethwick with his wife of 3 yrs, Ellen (b. 1874 Hanley Potteries). they had no children.
