The online electoral rolls seem to show Maddox as at 176 Slade Road in 1935, 79 Gravelly Hill in 1939 , at 81 Islington row in 1945, and at 29 Speedwell Road from 1947-1955. the only one still standing appears to be the Salde Road address, below
