Not all buildings in Brum have been pulled down , or even altered, externally anyway. Below is an architecvts view of the building when just completed in 1912, together with a not very good street view from today. Not much difference externally

PS Have replaced the architect's drawing, but given link (https://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=Co...0bZqfULLZrQNkWtnWjpcDg&cbp=12,193.78,,0,-22.5 ) for google streetview of how it is now

When I moved back to Birmingham in 1977 I took the top floor front as my offices. Didn't think I'd see this building on the Forum!
