Arter St was in Balsall Heath it ran from just opposite the school gates on Sherbourne to just adjacent the Vincent Crescent on Balsall Heath Rd. See the map I have attached. I have a copy of that photo and I have to be honest it doesn't look like the Arter St I remember, for one the houses look to be too old for the supposed date of 1905 to me.
