APPEAL: for replacements of lost photos

From time to time there will be appeals posted here for help with various types of assistance with any particular thread that either myself or another moderator might be having a struggle making repairs to. We might be looking for a replacement image, or just information. So please look in on this thread occasionally, as all help given will be accepted gratefully, can you please note that once dealt with each appeal will be deleted. So please do not post anything here that you do not have a copy of, and also please note that any comments or "likes" that you record will be lost when the comments are deleted.

There is one other thing I should mention, and that is if you have a favourite thread or come across a thread with missing images that you would like to see restored, just link to it or indicate which thread it is, and I will put it next in line on my list of "to do". I just ask you to remember that personal photos are practically impossible to replace unless supplied by the original posters. In these cases mostly the only option is to delete the post and any associated post which can lead to the deletion of the whole thread.

So if anybody has posted an image to this thread in the past and their image is now missing could they either repost it to the thread or post it here with the post number and I will replace it.

This request especially applies to personal photos or photos taken by the poster as I often have no choice but to delete the post and any other post concerning it.

I’m working my way through this thread and have just about reached page 30. As I can see this is going to be a long tough one I have decided to list some of the problem posts now instead of completing the whole thread first.

If anybody can help with any of the missing images then I would be most grateful, even if you don’t have a copy of the image, but can remember what the image was that alone would be of some help.

As always unless the original posters can repost some of the personal photos and photos they have taken themselves then the posts may end up being deleted.

I will add more to this list as I become aware of them,

A missing photo or even a suggestion of what the image may be will help greatly.

Adding a few more missing photos that at first glance are causing problems to replace, hopefully someone will have the required image or even know what they are about. When I have gone through the entire thread I will return and try again to replace these images. Regretfully if I am still unable then most of them especially the image only ones will have to be deleted.

If you have one of the images and you are unable to repost it for any reason just post it here and I will take care of it.
