Anyone going to Dudley Records office or have look up material for early 1800's pleas

Anyone going to or able to search their records for the parish of Dudley Birth &. Marriage please.

Looking for bith details of :
William Fellows c 1816 Halesowen
Phe(o)be Hickman(s) c 1819 Dudley

Also:
their marriage
c 1836-8
I have checked all I can including Free BMD & IGI to get back that far.
Any help please.

There is a William Fellows and Phebe Cartwright on the Dudlet 2nd quarter 1845 list - is that too late as well as the wrong name?

There's also a Phebe Hickmans as one of 4 women on the 4th quarter 1838 list - but none of the 4 men are 'William' or 'Fellows'.
