Have just found out that a relative died as a child in 1891 and that the event was published in a newspaper.

I understand that some newspapers are available for online viewing, how could i find out if this paper was now available?

It helps if you knew what area he died in so you would be able to see what papers were being sold at that time . British Newspapers online is very good, but it is payable to look although sometimes they do give freebies. https://www.britishnewspaperarchive.co.uk/

The newspaper is the Cheshire Observer dated 14 Nov 1891, and the article is about a young girl who died aged about three.

Her name was Ann Ellen Arrowsmith.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
