Samuel Andrews was KIA in 1918 and according to the B'ham Weekly Post his mother lived in Castle Bromwich.
Has anyone got a 1915 Kelly's to check for me please.

Cheers

Terry

Son of Mrs Laura Andrews of Houndsfield Lane,Hollywood, Birmingham.

Hi Jayne

The Samuel Andrews who is commemorated on the Castle Bromwich War Memorial was killed on 28 May 1915 serving with the 8th Bn Machine Gun Corps. He is buried in Chambrecy Cemetery, France.

He was married had two children and lived in Aston. I was just trying to find the where his parents lived so he could be included on the Memorial.

Terry

Terry and MomaP, unless Mrs. Andrews of Castle Bromwich had a business it is unlikely she will be found in Kellys as this is a business directory.
