I can’t find any children, but have the transcription of marriage record-

Name of bride Fanny Louisa Arrowsmith, spinster aged 32, Church of England usual residence Toronto, father of bride Edwin Clement Arrowsmith, profession jeweller, name and maiden name of mother Nellie Harlow, married by licence on the
7 July 1910 county of York Toronto. Name and address of witnesses Wallis Clement Arrowsmith and Florence A Arrowsmith of Toronto. Signature of person solemnising marriage James W Pedley.
Albert arrived in Montreal on the 30 September 1904 he travelled ‘Steerage’ to Canada on the ‘Bavarian’
Fanny Arrowsmith travelled from Liverpool aboard the ‘Laurentic’ arriving in Quebec on 2 July 1910. Her occupation was jeweller and reason for travelling was to get married.
I have also found this marriage on free BMD could this be Fanny’s parents?
