Allcott

I am trying to find out if there are any Allcott's out there that may have Oliver G Allcott, B 1910, D 1940, Violet Allcott, Fred Allcott and possibly Sarah Allcott in their Family Tree somewhere? This is all connected to my Family Tree!

Oliver married Beatrice Violet Townsend, B 1916, D 1977.

Violet married a Man named Jack.

Fred may have married a Woman named Sarah or Sarah may of been Oliver's Sister, It is unsure on this one?

I think I have the last name of the man who married Violet Allcott, Jack DOULSON. Can anyone find me their marriage certificate details to varify this? Violet was born in 1924.

Violet Allcott m. John DULSON 2q 1945 Wolverhampton. Ref 6b 1654.

Allcott is not a common name and I used to know a family of Allcotts in the 40/50's.

Edit: The family was Frederick Allcott (1907) and his wife was Harriet Elsie Matts (1909). They married in 1929 and had three children. Their daughter, Frances, now lives on the Bromford Estate. Any connection to your family?

Oh, and I see you have a Victor. Frederick & Harriet's youngest son was named Victor - sadly he died in a motorcycle accident in 1965, aged 20.

Thanks Icarus. I presume Jack might of been a nickname for John then?

The Fred on my side was born 1905 but I have no details of his marriage so it could be a similar match?

Yes there are Victor's on my Dad's side.
