I am searching for my Grandfather, I know he worked at Cressalls in Cheston St in 1938 to at least 1941 but I am not sure where he lived in Birmingham.

He is not listed in the electoral rolls , and so he either lived outside the birmingham area or, more likely, lived as a temporary lodger , probably at different addresses. I take it he was a british citizen .
