The company was fprmed in 1928 as spray equipment manufacturers with offices at 122-123 Livery St in 1931 and a works then at 33 Lower Tower St. By 1936 they had moved to 179-213 Thimble Mill Lane , as shown on the map below in red. By 1954 they had been renamed Aeraspray Associated Ltd. The firm went into voluntary liquidation in 1972, but was reborn as Aeraspray Engineering Co Ltd after being purchased by the Batchelor Robinson Group. In 1976 it was again taken over by the Detexomat Group and move out of the city to High Wycombe, but did not fit, and in 1979 returned to Birmingham, owned by the James Cooke Group and producing spray booths in Stechford.
