Advice on listing names being researched.

Can anyone explain how the names I am researching can be added to any posts I make or any thread I join without having to type them in everytime. Many thanks.
 
Go to 'User Control Panel' at the top and then, on the left hand side, click on 'Edit Your Details' If you then scroll down to 'Additional Details', there is a box to type in your research names
