My doctor goes on about body mass index, fat percentages and height / weight ratio. I told him "I'm not fat, just under-tall!"
 
Les you need eat less and burn more energy to lose the weight. Think more sex is the answer it will keep you fit and happy. .

You can see why we are not allowed more sun in this country. We don't know how to handle it. The sun peeks through for five minutes and all we can think of ..............

My husband was a nice rounded man when we met, cuddly. Now he has lost so much weight.
I so miss my cuddly man.
